panicle Hydrangea

Hydrangea 'Limelight Prime' is an improved, more refined ‘Limelight’, with darker leaves, stronger stems, a more compact habit, and upright growth. It makes a great container plant. The blooms emerge a vivid lime-green and maintain that colour until they transition into a bubblegum pink and then a deep punch pink. It also makes an excellent cut flower, fresh or dried. It is drought tolerant and blooms every year, even in cold climates.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Panicle Hydrangeas are very easy to grow, adapting to a broad range of soil conditions. Full sun to light shade in well drained, organically rich soil with even moisture will produce the best growth.  Pruning should be done in early spring to shape the shrub and keep it the size you want.
