Azalea 'Rosy Lights' iproduces fragrant, rose-pink flower clusters in late spring before the leaves unfold. Belonging to the Northern Lights® Series bred for extreme winter tolerance, it holds vigorous colour and scent in cooler climates. Glossy green foliage follows the bloom and can develop attractive fall tones, creating multi-season interest in mixed borders, shrub masses, and foundation plantings.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Grow ‘Rosy Lights’ in part sun to partial shade with moist, acidic, well-drained soil. Water regularly during establishment and dry periods; mulch to retain cool, even moisture. Avoid alkaline or poorly drained sites. Prune immediately after flowering if needed, since azaleas form next year’s buds on old wood. Hardy and long-lived, it excels in mixed shrub borders, foundation plantings, and woodland edges.
