'Romantic Getaway' is a new introduction from the Honeymoon series of Hellebores. It is a vigorous grower that produces many single, white flowers with a heavy red concentration of interior spots. Mature specimens can have 40-60 blooms per plant.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Despite their reputation of being hard to grow, Hellebores are not fussy plants. Give them rich, moist organic soil and shade from hot afternoon sun during the summer. They can even tolerate short periods of drought. Hellebores are evergreen so, after the plants are actively growing, trim back any foliage that has been damaged in the winter. Hellebores are poisonous so do not consume any part of the plant.
