Geranium 'Max Frei' is noted for its brilliant magenta pink flowers and its compact growth habit. The flowers appear in May and June and then sporadically throughout the rest of the summer. The finely textured foliage often turns attractive shades of bronzy-red in the fall. It is excellent for mass planting, edging and large rockeries.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Geranium 'Max Frei' is a very hardy easy care perennial adaptable to a wide range of soil types. It does best in full sun to light shade in average well drained soil. It is drought tolerant once established. If the foliage gets straggly by midsummer cut it back and fresh new foliage will fill in quickly.
