Anemone White Swan

Japanese Windflower

Anemone ‘White Swan’ is a graceful, long-blooming perennial producing elegant white flowers with soft lavender-blue backs that gently nod above attractive foliage. Blooming from early summer into fall, it bridges the gap between spring and autumn perennials, providing months of colour and movement. The airy flowers float above compact clumps, blending beautifully into naturalistic plantings and Piet Oudolf–inspired designs, where texture, transparency, and extended seasonal interest are essential.

Plants may slowly spread by short rhizomes to form a gentle colony. PLant in a protected site.  This cultivar in surviving in gardens in our area but may not be as robust as some of the other varieties.
