Gingko

This ancient genus of Ginkgo is considered a "living fossil".  'Mariken' is a compact bushy selection that was discovered as a Witch's broom.  It has the same fan shaped green leaves that turn bright yellow in the fall but it stays very compact.  It is a slow growing deciduous conifer that is a choice selection for a special spot in your garden.
