Growing and Maintenance Tips

Unfussy, Srephanandra tolerates a range of exposures and soil types. It grows best  in moist but well-drained soil in full sun to full shade. It is well suited to using as a ground cover around the base of trees. or planted on a steep slope that is difficult to mow. Prune after flowering by cutting back shoots to strong buds. It roots from the tips of the branches where they rouch the ground so remove unwanted plants to control the spread.
