Panicle Hydrangea

'Pinky Winky Prime'® hydrangea is an improvement on the old favourite, "PInky Winky'. It impresses with bigger, fuller blooms that age to a far richer pink. The large, pointed panicles emerge pure white and then gradually transform to a saturated hot pink starting from the bottom and moving to the tip.  This is a big hydrangea suitable for hedges and las a speciemn in larger spaces.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Provide average, well drained soil and plenty of moisture in full sun to partial shade.Hyrangeas can be pruned in late fall or early spring because they bloom on new wood. The spent flowers can be pruned off after blooming or left until the spring for winter interest.  Like most shrubs, Hydrangeas appreciate having a layer of mulch around their roots starting an inch away from the base. Not only will it keep the root system protected, but it'll conserve water and keep the garden looking neat and tidy!
