Bergenia 'Sakura' has semi-double pink flowers that look like cherry blossoms. The leaves are green darkening to purple black in the winter. And are evergreen. It is an excellent edger, rock garden plant or container specimen.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Bergenia likes rich, well drained soil enriched with compost. It is usually grown in part shade but will tolerate full sun if kept moist. Clean up old foliage in the spring just as new growth starts to keep the plant looking neat.
