Waldbrunn 'Blue Spruce'

'Waldbrunn' is a slow growing dwarf with a flat bun-like shape. It has a remarkable colour that that is difficult to describe, a combination of blue, green and gray. Its form is nest-like, with short, horizontal branches of thick, tough needles that overlap and provide reinforcement for the structure. It is hardy enough for extremely cold climates and an ideal choice for a low, colourful sphere of colour in a garden bed or a large container.
