Dwarf Spruce

Picea 'Lanham's Beehive is an attractive multi-stemmed evergreen with a dense, oval shape. It has a very fine texture with longer and thicker needles than are found on other dwarf evergreens and they have a slight glacous tint. These features, combined with prominent, cinnamon coloured stems and buds create a striking specimen.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Plant 'Lanham's Beehive' in average, well drained soil in full sun to light shade. This is a fairly low maintenance conifer, requiring no pruning other than to remove any dieback. If you wish to control the size trim back only the new growth. It tends to fill out right to the ground so it does not require plants in front of it.
