'Bonny Blue' Colorado Blue Spruce

This unique form has a pleasing and appealing blue colour with needles shorter and thinner than typically found in the species. 'Bonny Blue' stands out from the crowd with a perfectly shaped form and will add an elegant presence in the garden. 'Bonny Blue' prefers well drained soil in full sun with lots of room to grow into a beautiful specimen.  It is reported to be more resistant to needle cast than the other varieties of Colorado Blue Spruce on the market.  Needle Cast is a fungal disease resulting in the browning off and loss of needles.
