OUR GUARANTEE

We guarantee that our plants are healthy, true to name and grown by gardeners like yourselves who care about plants. When your plants leave our nursery they have been packed with loving care to survive the journey to you. As long as you don’t leave them at the post office for two weeks they will be in good shape when they get to you. If upon receipt of your order, you are not satisfied contact us immediately. We will make arrangements for the return of the plants and a full refund.

When your plants arrive they should be unpacked immediately and either repotted or put in the ground. Once the plants are in your care they are your responsibility. We sell you large, healthy plants that, given reasonable care, should thrive for you. If you forget to water them, your cat digs them up, or Rover rolls on them we cannot be responsible for that. We provide cultural information in the catalogue but we are also available to talk to you if something is not growing well for you. We want to help because our business is based on the goodwill and satisfaction of our customers.

Obviously, if we make a mistake and a red daylily turns out to be yellow we will immediately send you a new plant and a gift to compensate you for our error. We have a very good track record when it comes to shipping correctly labelled stock to our customers but errors can happen. Let us know at any time if you think you have an incorrectly labelled plant.
