The daylilies should be at peak bloom around that time.

Every year we welcome hundred of visitors who come to enjoy the colourful display.

We have hundreds of varieties of daylilies that are in limited quantity. These are choice plants that will probably never make it into our catalogue. We offer small quantities of these plants for sale on that weekend. We also offer clumps of varieties that are overstocked and great bargains on plants that have lost their tags. Since they are in bloom a customer can select them based on the colour in front of them. If you want to cover a hillside or plant a cottage garden these plants will be perfect.

This year we have increased the number of daylilies that are already potted and well established. We also have hundreds of plants that are available by colour. We are overstocked because of our addition of so many new daylilies to our collection so we have to move some plants out to make space. Our own seedlings are also getting big enough to move out to the field where they will be evaluated for the next two years.

Many people complain that a description of a daylily is not enough to help them choose exactly the right pink or determine whether one daylily will match another one they already have. Because daylilies are so easy to transplant a customer can see a plant that they like and go home with a freshly dug division that day. Orders can also be placed for late summer pick-up.

On that weekend many other perennials are at peak bloom. We offer great companion perennials to compliment the daylily selections including a special selection of rare and unusual perennials, especially collected for sale that weekend. Please come and join us and bring your camera.
